Why do I have to complete a questionnaire?
Actually you don't have to but I encourage you to do so. Why? Because I want to help you find the right apartment for you by getting to know you... not only where you want to live and what you want to pay, but what you like. This way I can help you find an apartment that fits your personality, not just your budget. But that is not the only way you can find your apartment. I also allow you to search for a rental property using various criteria like location, price, amenities and map. Just click the other tabs on the home page to search using these alternative methods.
How can you afford to pay me $102.00 when it’s free to use your site?
Although we work for you to help you save time, money, and of course find the right apartment home, we get paid by the apartment properties each time someone leases with them... We reinvest a substantial portion of the monies we are paid into our resident program and your reward.
What is “Stamp it” and “See Stamps”?
Stamp It is our revolutionary new social apartment shopping feature intended to save you time plus help you feel more confident in your decision. The process is simple:
  • Find an apartment you like and click “Stamp It”
  • Refer back to the apartments you Stamped anytime by clicking the “MY AHL” tab located in the header (you must be logged in to see this)
  • To see who else liked a property and what else they liked click “See Stamps”

What’s a Keycode?
This one’s simple... enter the keycode number found on any ad within our Apartment Home Living catalog to go directly to your desired community. You’ll be able to take a tour, view floor plans, see a photo gallery and more!
How can I communicate with the property management representatives from rentals that I like?
We learned the hard way that smoke signals are too dangerous, so we included contact information (phone number and street address) and a simple way to send an electronic message to the property manager by clicking "Contact Property" on the property's full-page listing. If you include your phone number when you send a message, the apartment manager will probably call you back ASAP.
Why doesn't apartmenthomeliving.com list rentals everywhere?
Apartmenthomeliving.com currently lists rentals across the U.S.--but certain cities may be missing right now. We apologize if we do not yet have listings in your area yet. Please check back with us in the future as our plans for world domination call for adding new areas all the time.
Why do I have to give my name and email address to use apartmenthomeliving.com?
So we can send the pictures from our company parties (just kidding). We ask for your name and email address so among other things we can personalize your experience and provide you with our suggestive shopping “Stamp It Program”.
Can I unsubscribe from receiving email from apartmenthomeliving.com?
